Please read the following stipulations of Briar Hill Rewards Program. You will be required to agree to these conditions in order to be eligible for the Program.

1. The Briar Hill Referral Rewards Program (the “Program”) is sponsored by Cable Bridge Enterprises Limited and its affiliates. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Any revisions to the terms and conditions will be posted in the Briar Hill Sales office from time to time.

2. The program is only available to unit owners in the Briar Hill and Green Briar communities located in Alliston, Ontario, Canada (“Residents”).

3. This program is not available to employees and immediate family members of employees of Cable Bridge Enterprises Limited and it’s affiliates.

4. This program is not available where any other promotion or compensation arrangement(s) exist, i.e. for professional real estate agents, etc.

5. Residents must register to be enrolled for the Program by completing a Briar Hill Referral Rewards Program Enrolment Form (“Enrolment Form”). This must be done in person at the Briar Hill sales office.

6. Residents are required to register eligible new customers (“New Customer”) in order to be eligible for rewards under the program. This must be done either by bringing the new customer into the Briar Hill Sales office and completing a Briar Hill Resident Referral Registration Form or complete a Resident Referral Registration form prior to their visit.

7. Registered Residents will be eligible for a reward under this program when the following conditions are met:
    a. New Customers are registered as mentioned in section 6 above.
    b. New Customers must fully complete a guest register, including recording the registered Resident’s particulars.
    c. The New Customer must complete a Purchase and Sale real estate transaction with Briar Hill or its affiliates.
    d. The New Customer must not have completed a guest register at the Briar Hill sales office in the 12 months prior to their registration by the Resident.

8. Rewards will vary from time to time on the attached “Briar Hill Rewards Program – Schedule of Rewards”. Awards will be credited to a Nottawasaga Resort gift card. The Resident will be able to use this account at the following locations:
    a. Nottawasaga Resort
    b. Golf Pro Shops and Food Outlets
    c. Sports & Leisure Dome
    d. Riverview Room
    e. Mahogany Room
    f. Lobby Bar
